Remove the Registrar Lock
You are free to transfer your domain away from Renewable Web, you will need to firstly unlock your Domain Name from our Registrar to allow transfers away, this can be done from the Domain Name in your Client Area
Locate the domain that you wish to transfer away, select it and then select Registrar Lock > Disable Registrar Lock
After you've unlocked your domain, you need to obtain an EPP code to provide to your new registrar to confirm authorisation of the domain transfer.
Obtain Domain Transfer EPP Code
To do this, from your domains list, select the domain in question and then Get EPP Code
An EPP code for your domain name will then be emailed to your registered account email address, with details for completing the transfer with your new provider.
Simply provide your EPP code to your new provider and the process will complete in the background, within 20 working days.
