What is my Password for the Control Panel?
Our Billing system and Control Panel automatically sync with one another, so when you register your account with Renewable Web your login is automatically available using the same details (Client Area email and password).
Any password resets or account changes are also synchronised.
I ordered my service and I haven't received any emails.
If you can't see any emails with your service details in, please firstly check your junk mail, if its not in there, submit a ticket and let us know so we can re-send them again.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
Your service will be suspended 14-days after your payment is missed, it will then remain suspended for 7 days to give you time to pay for it. After 7 days the service will be terminated, along with any data.
What kind of support do you offer?
We have a range of guides and tutorials available for you via our support database. We also provide personal support just for you via your control panel. All our support is UK based and we never outsource it, meaning you’re always speaking to someone who understands our services and platforms inside out.
Domain transfer is the process of moving a domain name from one registrar to another. Domains eligible for a transfer must have been with the current registrar for at least 60 days.
