We are aware that our Email servers are being actively blocked and blacklisted by Yahoo.com(.co.uk)

Our team have reached out to them to request removal of this block, to ensure that mail flows as expected to Yahoo addresses.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may have caused, but this is completely out of our control.

We will be completing essential maintenance on our Hypervisors that power all of our servers and services.

As part of this, we will be migrating our Primary Shared Web Hosting server to another node, and increasing it's hardware resources.

During this period, there may be some limited disruption, including responsiveness and sluggish loading of websites, emails, and DNS.

We will also be using this oppourtunity to establish an additional cPanel cluster, with new servers being added and load balancers established for improved performance and resource availability across the whole platform.

We are currently in the process of migrating our Shared Web Hosting services between nodes, during this time networking operations will stop and sites, emails, DNS and other services will be unresolvable.

Estimated downtime experienced will be ~10 Minutes* but could be further if there are any complications.

We are aware of email delivery issues to some domains that rely upon Spamhaus for their Blacklisting provider.

Currently, the affected domains are:

• Hotmail.com
• Outlook.com
• Hotmail.co.uk
• Outlook.co.uk
• Yahoo.com
• Yahoo.co.uk

Our team have reached out to Spamhaus to request removal from their blacklist.

We are actively monitoring and tracking our support ticket logged with Spamhaus and will update here when we have one available.

Once the Mail Server has been removed from Spamhaus's blacklist email services to the above domains will be restored.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause.

Our team have recieved confirmation from Spamhaus that the RenewableWeb email services have been removed from their blacklist and our reputation reset.

All emails to the following domains should now flow as expected: 

• Hotmail.com
• Outlook.com
• Hotmail.co.uk
• Outlook.co.uk
• Yahoo.com
• Yahoo.co.uk

We're currently experiencing high load demand on our Shared Web Hosting platform.

During this time, due to the high load being experienced by our platform, it is likely that end-users will be subjected to higher application load times for web requests, script executions and backup completions. 

Our technicians are investigating this and are working to mitigate the resource utilisation.

Our technicians have identified the cause of the high service load, and are performing a series of process reboots to attempt to mitigate the issues.

We have completed a reboot of our Shared Web Hosting platform to complete mitigation of the ballooning processes.

We are continuing to monitor the platform while services stabalise and will update as the issue continues to progress.

Our monitoring has confirmed this issue has resolved itself after settling overnight.

Services have returned to normal, and this network incident is now resolved.

Scheduled maintenance is due to take place across our Shared Web Hosting infrastructure to apply critical Security and Vulnerability patches.

This will require some restarts and roughly ~20 minutes of downtime overall.

During this time, any inbound mail will queue via our DNS prior to re-attempted delivery once our services are restored.

We appreciate your time and patience with regards to this outage.
