Forwarders send a copy of incoming email to another address. They are useful for addresses such as info@ that should reach a person's own mailbox.
- In cPanel, go to Email > Forwarders.
- Click Add Forwarder.
- Enter the address to forward, then the destination address, and click Add Forwarder.
To forward everything for a whole domain to another domain, use Add Domain Forwarder on the same page.
Autoresponders send an automatic reply, such as an out-of-office message.
- In cPanel, go to Email > Autoresponders.
- Click Add Autoresponder.
- Fill in the email address, subject and message, and set a start and stop time.
- Set Interval to 24 hours so each sender only gets one reply a day.
- Click Create.
Please avoid forwarding all mail to Gmail or Outlook.com. If spam arrives and is forwarded on, those providers may start rejecting mail from our servers.
