How do I create an email account in cPanel?

  1. Log in to cPanel.
  2. Go to Email > Email Accounts and click + Create.
  3. Choose the domain, then enter the part of the address before the @, such as sales.
  4. Set a strong password, or click Generate.
  5. Set a storage limit, or leave it as unlimited within your plan's allowance.
  6. Click Create.

The new account works straight away. You can log in to webmail or set it up in your email app using the Email client settings article.

To change an account's password or storage later, click Manage next to it on the same page.
