Try these options in order.
1. Use "Lost your password?"
Go to https://yourdomain.co.uk/wp-login.php and click Lost your password? WordPress will email a reset link to the address on your admin account.
2. Use WP Toolkit
In cPanel, open WP Toolkit, find your site, and click Log In to go straight to the dashboard. Then change your password under Users > Profile.
3. Use phpMyAdmin (if the options above do not work)
- In cPanel, open Databases > phpMyAdmin and select your WordPress database.
- Open the
wp_userstable. Your table prefix may differ fromwp_. - Click Edit next to your user.
- In the
user_passrow, choose MD5 from the Function drop-down and type your new password in the Value box. - Click Go.
WordPress will upgrade the password to a stronger format the next time you log in.
