Every domain has registrant contact details that must be accurate. Out-of-date details can lead to a domain being suspended by the registry.
- Go to Domains > My Domains and click Manage Domain.
- Open the Contact Information tab.
- Update the details and click Save Changes.
For most domains, your personal details are hidden from public WHOIS searches. Changing the registrant name or organisation on some domains, particularly .com and other generic domains, triggers a confirmation email to both the old and new email addresses. The change only completes once it is approved.
