You can cancel a hosting, VPS or SSL service from the client area.
- Log in and go to Services > My Services.
- Click the service you want to cancel.
- Click Request Cancellation.
- Choose either Immediate or End of Billing Period, add a reason and submit.
Please back up your data first. Once a service is cancelled, its files, databases and emails are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Domain names are not cancelled this way. Instead, turn off auto-renew (see How do I renew my domain?) and the domain will lapse at its expiry date.
